Mercedes the Poodle

Mercedes the Poodle and Gabby the Chihuahua hairdresser met at "Bobbie Pins College of Beauty," where they learned about hair, nails, and skin care. After training, they graduated, and studied for their State Board Cosmetology exam.
Where do I begin, with Mercedes it's always, always, ALWAYS! For the most part, (pun intended!), the gals greet each other with a growl, but pretend to get along well, as long as they aren't working in the same salon.
After graduating, Mercedes opened up a high-end salon called "Curly Poo," in a very luxurious area in Hollywood California. Gabby worked there for awhile, but found that keeping up with Mercedes' many demands was too much for her to put up with, and eventually ended up winning money at the dog races and happily quit to open "Hairy Tales Salon" in a more humble neighborhood down the street. Mercedes isn't totally thrilled with the new competition, so she continues to lure clients into her door by offering complimentary champagne.
Mercedes runs a tight ship. She demands that all stylists are fresh out of beauty school so she can train them to do everything her way. She thinks everyone's hair should look like hers, so everyone walks out of her salon with a poodle cut.
She requires all employees to be thin, wear stilettos to work, and know how to open a bottle of champagne, for her clients, of course except, well, sometimes she laps up the leftover champagne from the clients' glasses, and does crooked haircuts then blames the botched up 'do' on the client for moving their head, but insists it has nothing to do with that cheap champagne...always, always.
Actually, Gabby has Mercedes to thank for meeting Spike the Doberman, who is now Gabby's husband. Gabby was off the day Spike walked into "Curly Poo Salon" for a fade, and Mercedes messed it up, so when he came back to get it fixed, Mercedes was out at her weekly Botox appointment so Gabby fixed it for him, and they've been together ever since.
The latest news (hot off the press) is that Mercedes has been spotted out 'n' about with Gabby's ex, Sam the Rottweiler, who just got out of the pound, but it's a secret, so don't tell anyone.
